• Where should you stay:

The Event will take place on two campi located on different sides of the city. The campus of Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio)  is located in a neighborhood called Gávea and it lies on the south area of the city (Zona Sul). The other host, Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), is a University with many different campi. The one we shall go to is at Ilha do Fundão (near the international airport), known as Fundão.
For this reason, we advise you to book a hotel, hostel, etc between the 2 locations in the south zone of the city. There are buses to take you to both campi in the following neighborhoods: Ipanema, Copacabana, Botafogo and Flamengo. Check the bus routes before you decide where to stay.  We suggest you stay closer to PUC and commute to UFRJ. The following hotels and hostels are all located closer to PUC and offer nearby bus stops with line that can take you to both locations.
